The Chopin Law Firm successfully negotiated a worker’s compensation settlement for our client who slipped and fell on a stool while at work. When this client first came to our firm, the insurance company was accusing her of causing the accident and questioning her integrity of how the accident happened. Not long after Justin Chopin and Mike Letourneau enrolled, all accusations stopped, the insurance company immediately started paying her weekly benefits and agreed to settle the case. In the end, the insurance company paid $183,095.35 in benefits to our client.
