Trial Attorney
Position Summary
- Our Trial Attorneys represent clients in court, advocate on their behalf and fight for their rights. At the same time, our lawyers are committed to providing the best possible customer service to our clients.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial.
- Preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, memoranda, trial briefs and other legal documents on assigned cases.
- Maintaining knowledge on all relevant statutes, case law, office, and trial-related technology.
Qualifications
- We prefer our candidates to have 3 or more years experience defending personal injury matters.
- Experience in personal injury law, and excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Trial experience is preferred but we are willing to teach the right candidate
- Strong communication for courtroom presentation.
- Ability to develop trial and pre-trial strategy.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) to be served.
