Intake Specialist
Position Summary
- As the first point of contact for our potential clients, the Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for our client relationships.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Answering incoming calls, evaluating potential cases, and scheduling client consultations.
- Gathering details, insurance information, police reports, etc. for potential claims.
- Setting appointments on calendars to include time and place.
- Determining eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.
