Philip D. Lorio IV

Born and raised in New Orleans, Phil Lorio’s legal career has been devoted to litigating matters involving personal injury and general casualty. With a focus on handling claims for individuals involved in trucking and transportation accidents to premises liability matters, Phil has a track record of securing favorable outcomes for his clients. Like the other attorneys at The Chopin Law Firm, prior to joining the firm, Phil worked as an attorney at a preeminent New Orleans defense firm. That time spent defending large corporations and insurance companies has provided him with invaluable knowledge and experience both in handling claims and the courtroom.

“I have a steady and calm way of working with my clients and am very straightforward, always keeping the bottom line in mind. I will stop whatever I am doing to talk with them. I listen carefully so I can get their perspective of the facts and provide them with a most honest and comprehensive analysis of the cards they’ve been dealt.”

Simply put, Phil is a true advocate for his clients. Always keeping his clients’ best interests in mind, Phil considers all avenues to obtain results for his clients, which he finds to be the most rewarding aspect of his career.
